About TMOL AB and the Driving Force Behind It
TMOL AB was founded in 2022 out of a desire to create a platform that brings together consulting work and idea development. A place where I not only contribute with what I know but also get to explore what doesn’t yet exist.
With two decades of experience in nuclear energy, high-tech projects, and industry-driven development in roles ranging from consultant and business developer to leading technical teams, I’ve seen what truly makes a difference. It’s rarely the volume of data or the complexity of the solution. It’s about clear thinking, structure, and the ability to collaborate.
Over the years, I’ve led teams, built documentation systems, coordinated work under stringent safety and quality demands, and driven business development and continuous improvement initiatives.
Additional insights have come from other areas. As a father of three, I’ve grown as a leader by becoming more clear, consistent, and long-term in my thinking. These are qualities that shape how I work today. I’ve also spent extended periods in California, where I was inspired by a spirit of innovation, strong entrepreneurship, and a deep belief in technology’s ability to drive real change.
One key lesson I’ve learned is that solutions don’t have to be complicated to be effective. Quite the opposite. It’s the practical interplay between technology, method, and learning that matters most. That’s why TMOL stands for:
- Technology – technical understanding, documentation, and structure where it’s needed.
- Methods – practical ways of working, decision models, and improvements that actually work.
- Organizational Learning – strengthening the ability to learn, adapt, and grow together.
With these experiences as a foundation, my belief in the future is strong. Not because I think things will solve themselves, but because it’s up to us to shape the future. It’s easy to stand on the sidelines and point out what’s not working. I want to contribute. TMOL AB is my way of doing that. I do it through advisory work, development, and innovation.
